On behalf of the Hunters Creek Elementary PTA, I would like to welcome you to the 2010-2011 school year. Parental involvement is critical in continuing the excellence we enjoy at Hunters Creek Elementary. We are fortunate to have so many wonderful and committed parents who generously volunteer their time and talents.

“Peace, Tribes & HCE” is our theme for the school year. The theme promotes peace in our HCE community by celebrating the tribes agreements of mutual respect, attentive listening, no put downs and the right to pass. Tribes' is a program to bring students, teachers, administrators and community together to create a school environment that is safe and nurturing which optimizes learning. Tribes has been used at HCE for several years and helps make HCE the great campus that it is. Throughout the year, you will see many references to this theme in our various events, activities and communications. (continue . . .)
